Job Description:This position involves the installation, deployment, and management of 100+ Windows based servers. The position is ultimately responsible for ensuring that all the server systems and related applications are functioning as cleanly and efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities/Duties:

Middle Office Operations Analyst
Job Description:This role of the Middle Office Operations Analyst is to work with Dimensional’s business lines to support business requirements of each department and work with the Dimensional global offices to monitor the performance of the middle office outsource provider, Citi, to ensure they adhere to contractual obligations and to suggest process improvements. Also to coordinate the business requirements of each department and work with Citi project management team to provide broad integration of the Dimensional initiatives to facilitate Dimensional business processes. - Acquire a broad understanding of the Citi Middle Office processes and platforms and how these systems support the business requirements of the Dimensional middle office. Job Description:This position will be a key member of our global research technology team to architect, implement and support the company’s selected security reference data product, Eagle Pace. This individual will have specific knowledge of the Pace product, and will additionally have a thorough understanding of the investment management industry and trade workflow processes between trade order management and portfolio accounting systems. The Research developer will assist in the analysis, design, development, testing, installation and support of complex data extracts, transformation and load procedures to allow for seamless data integration between Eagle Pace and various financial platforms. Job Description:This new position will be a key member of Dimensional Information Technology department. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer this individual’s primary role will be to lead the department’s efforts in assessing, communicating, and managing the IT organization’s service delivery. This role involves establishing an SLA based approach to tracking internal IT service performance. Over time this person will develop a comprehensive “scorecard” that reports the IT department’s performance as compared to service standards. This role will be responsible for developing this SLA management function. Minimum Requirements:
- Management of a comprehensive SLA program in a software or professional services firm or for an internal IT department
- In depth knowledgeable of IT functions and services including Application Development, Networking and technical infrastructure, Help Desk and desktop support functions
- Experience in capturing IT service metrics and measures
- Strong report development skills
- Strong business analysis skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct oversight
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be well organized and structured
- Financial services industry experience a plus
- Should have at least 8 years of experience in technology a plus
- At least 5 years of experience managing IT staff a plus
- B.S. in Computer Information Systems, Science, Business or other related field a plus
