Brian J. Walsh has been an integral part of Dimensional's investment management team for over fifteen years and currently manages the Santa Monica-based domestic equity portfolio management team. Prior to becoming a portfolio manager in 2004, Brian spent seven years as a trader and three years as a trading assistant. He spent two years as a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch before joining Dimensional in 1994.

Brian earned an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, with a concentration in finance and portfolio management. He has a BA in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
