In addition to her role as a vice president at Dimensional, Carolyn O serves as legal counsel for the firm and its subsidiaries. In this role, she is involved in the preparation of new product and corporate governance materials, business contracts, and related legal and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Dimensional, she was an associate in the investment management group with K&L Gates LLP, an international law firm. Carolyn started her career in the financial services group of the law firm Dechert LLP, working with investment company and investment advisory clients.

Carolyn holds a JD from the George Washington University Law School and a BA in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
