Elizabeth Mullins is DFA Australia's Human Resources director and vice president, responsible for that office's people processes and programs. Elizabeth works with the global HR team to design people-related systems and policies that support Dimensional's growth objectives.
Prior to joining Dimensional, Elizabeth spent ten years living and working in the UK within the financial services industry. In Australia, Elizabeth worked for Booz & Company, where she was responsible for the people platform, including talent management and graduate recruitment. Prior to that, at StorageTek, she developed the company's HR function from a greenfield site, building the policies and practices from the ground up. Elizabeth also worked as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Elizabeth received her bachelor of business in management from the Queensland University of Technology.
