As head of global equity trading, Henry F. Gray brings a wealth of experience to trading and managing Dimensional equity portfolios. In this role, Henry oversees execution strategies and coordinates all equity trading operations across the firm's worldwide trading desks. He is also a member of Dimensional's Investment Committee.

Henry began his career with Dimensional as a US equity portfolio manager, where he helped develop and advance numerous investment initiatives ranging from cutting-edge electronic trading tactics to portfolio performance attribution tools.

Before joining Dimensional in 1995, Henry worked as a fixed income analyst for the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, and Bear Stearns & Co. He earned his MBA in 1995 from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in analytic finance and business economics. He holds an AB in economics from Princeton University.
