As client manager, Holly draws on over thirty years of retirement industry experience, specifically in operations of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. Prior to joining Dimensional, she served as vice president of strategic planning and operations at NextStep Defined Contribution, Inc., a recordkeeping firm in Walnut Creek, California.

Before NextStep, Holly was senior vice president of The 401(k) Company, which was acquired by Charles Schwab in 2007. She started her career at Tracor Inc., a Fortune 500 company, where she was responsible for oversight of retirement plans.

Holly's credentials include the ERPA (enrolled retirement plan agent) designation through the IRS, and the QPA (qualified pension administrator) credentials through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
