As a vice president in the Communications group in Sydney, Australia, Jim Parker presents strategies to communicate Dimensional's philosophy and process in ways that engage clients, prospects, regulators, and the media. He does so through presentations, books, papers, and articles, including his "Outside the Flags" column. Jim joins Dimensional after twenty-five years in journalism, most recently as a senior editor and financial markets writer with the Australian Financial Review.

Jim holds an economic history degree from Deakin University and a journalism degree from Auckland Technical Institute.
