Kim Ginsburg, Dimensional SmartNest vice president, leads the strategic positioning and development of Managed DC communications and marketing materials, supporting plan sponsors, plan participants, consultants, and financial advisors. Kim also directs product development initiatives by staying current in retirement industry practices, market trends, and customer preferences.

Kim joined Dimensional in 2011 with over 14 years of experience in financial services. Before joining Dimensional, Kim served as senior vice president at Morningstar, Inc., where she was responsible for the retirement solutions used by some of the largest mutual fund, insurance companies, plan providers, and plan sponsors in the financial services industry. Prior to Morningstar, Kim was assistant vice president and product manager for DWS Investments (formerly Scudder Investments) where she developed and managed variable annuity and variable life insurance products.

Kim has a BA from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.
