Philip McInnis promotes Dimensional's investment philosophy, investment strategies, and processes to institutional consultants and updates them with relevant firm details on a regular basis. Prior to joining Dimensional in January 2011, Phil worked at Towers Watson as an investment consultant, focused on corporate and public pension and 401(k) plans. Before that, he was a member of the structured asset finance team at Wachovia Capital Markets.

Philip holds a BBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
