Philippe B. Kuttler oversees business development with institutional clients and consultants in continental Europe. Prior to joining Dimensional, Philippe worked for Citigroup Asset Management in London, where he led institutional business development for Switzerland, Germany, and France. After Citigroup's merger with Legg Mason, he joined Legg's quantitative affiliate, Batterymarch Financial Management, where he worked with institutions and consultants across Europe. Philippe was previously head of investment management at the Swiss Social Security Fund in Geneva.

Philippe earned his MA in economics at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and is a CFA Charterholder.
