As a regional director in Financial Advisor Services, Ryan Chaplinski is responsible for relationship management primarily with fee-only, high net worth financial advisors. He also develops and delivers strategies to recruit new advisor relationships and retention strategies for existing advisors. In addition, Ryan educates advisors on capital market behavior and investment theory, consults with advisor firms on building an efficient practice, and makes advisor presentations.

Prior to joining Dimensional, Ryan spent seventeen years in several different roles at the Vanguard Group. Most recently as a sales executive, he was responsible for developing Vanguard's business with independent RIAs throughout the western US.

Ryan is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), and he received his BA in history from Cornell University and his MBA from Arizona State University.
