Stephen Palmer began working with Dimensional in 1994 as company accountant, and joined the firm full-time in 2002. Steve brings an extensive background in financial services and public accounting to his current position as vice president and head of finance and compliance. He is a key player in the firm's accounting, external reporting, and operations functions and also manages the design, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of compliance and risk management systems and processes.

Steve became a Certified Practising Accountant in 1994, and a fellow of CPA Australia in 2005. He is also a senior associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, and a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia Limited. Steve completed his bachelor of business studies at the University of Technology, Sydney.
