Dimensional Fund Advisors
As head of education and training, Veronica (Ronnye) Stidvent develops, executes, and reviews education and training programs for Dimensional employees, clients, and the general public. She continuously evaluates the firm's programs to ensure alignment with strategic and business objectives, as well as improvement in content and delivery.
Prior to joining Dimensional, Ronnye worked in a number of roles at the University of Texas at Austin, including lecturer in the McCombs School of Business, program director for the university's Hispanic Leadership Initiative, and director of the Center for Politics and Governance. From 2004-2007, Ronnye served as the assistant secretary for policy at the US Department of Labor, where she was responsible for the management and implementation of regulations and policy development. Before that, Ronnye served in the White House as special assistant to the president for policy. She also worked as a policy adviser in the Office of Management and Budget's Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.
Ronnye received her BA in Plan II Honors and American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin and her JD degree from Yale Law School.
