David G. Booth is Dimensional's founder, chairman, and co-CEO. His groundbreaking work in indexing and small capitalization investing underpins the firm's investment strategy and provides an example of his ability to connect the academic side of financial science to the practical world of investing. David Deming is the CEO of Dimensional Retirement. He has executive responsibility for all components of Managed DC, including business strategy, sales and marketing activities, operations, and client service.
David brings a wealth of business experience to Dimensional Retirement. Prior to joining this firm, David was a managing director at JP Morgan for twenty-seven years, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and healthcare banking. He has a BA degree from Hobart College.

BethAnn Dranguet is a vice president and serves as a senior member of Dimensional Retirement's management team. In this role, BethAnn assists the team's CEO, David Deming, with managing the day-to-day operations of Dimensional's Managed DC business, from business and product development to marketing, legal and compliance, and client service.
Prior to joining the Dimensional Retirement team, BethAnn was vice president and counsel of the Dimensional entities and spent eight years as an associate in mergers and acquisitions and securities law with Vinson & Elkins LLP. BethAnn holds a JD from the University of Texas School of Law, where she graduated Order of the Coif and was an editor on the Texas Law Review. She received a BA in English from Washington College.

Financial Science
Robert C. Merton, developer of the Managed DC concept, leads ongoing development of the solution as a resident scientist at Dimensional. He is the School of Management Distinguished Professor of Finance at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the John and Natty MacArthur University Professor emeritus at Harvard University. His research focuses on financial theory in the fields of capital markets and financial institutions. He has written extensively on pension issues, including lifecycle finance and optimal portfolio selection.

Allison Schrager is associate director of research for the financial science team that enhances, customizes, and implements the algorithm that underlies the Managed DC solution. This effort involves extensive data analysis, development of new financial models, and rigorous testing. She has been in this role since 2007.
Allison earned her PhD in Economic from Columbia University where she specialized in pension and saving issues. She also holds an MA (honours) from the University of Edinburgh. Allison has consulted to the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the Bank of England on matters relating to individual retirement accounts. She also consulted to the OECD on promoting entrepreneurship. In her spare time, since 2006, she has also been a regular contributor to The Economist.

US Client Relations
Austin Rosenthal, Dimensional Retirement vice president, heads up business development in the US. He works with consultants and plan sponsors to make Managed DC a "win-win" solution for companies and their employees.
Austin joined the Dimensional Retirement team from Lincoln Financial, where he was responsible for product management. He also was a member of the investment committee for the firm's retirement plans. Austin started his career as an investment banker at JPMorgan in New York. He has a BA degree in finance from the University of Texas.

As Dimensional Retirement's head of institutional sales and marketing for the US, Jerry Bramlett collaborates with Dimensional Retirement's executive team in the building out of its marketing strategy, as well as leading its US sales efforts, mainly in the Fortune 200 market.
Jerry has twenty-eight years of experience as an entrepreneur in the DC recordkeeping business, having founded The 401(k) Company. He also founded and served as the president and CEO of NextStep, and served as president and CEO of BenefitStreet. He holds a BAS with highest honors from Southern Methodist University.

Cuatro Tolson is a relationship manager for Dimensional Retirement in Europe. He is involved in the design and delivery of the solution to companies in Europe and the UK.

UK/Europe Client Relations
Jan Snippe heads up the Dimensional Managed DC business in Europe. He came to the firm from Royal Philips Electronics, where he was head of corporate pensions. In that role, he was responsible for developing a company-wide pension strategy and ensuring that pension risk exposures were consistent with the company's overall risk policies.
Prior to Philips, Jan held a number of senior posts at Banque Paribas Nederland / Banque Artesia Nederland, including chief economist, head of research, director of institutional asset management, and managing director. He received his PhD in economics from the University of Groningen in Holland.

US Record Keeper Relations
As Client Manager, Record Keeper Relations for Dimensional Retirement, Holly draws on over thirty years of retirement industry experience, specifically in operations of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. Prior to joining Dimensional she served as vice president, strategic planning and operations, at NextStep Defined Contribution Inc., a recordkeeping firm in Walnut Creek, California.
Before NextStep, Holly was senior vice president of The 401(k) Company, which was acquired by Charles Schwab in 2007. She started her career at Tracor Inc., a Fortune 500 company, where she was responsible for oversight of retirement plans.

Technology
As head of engineering, John DeMastri is responsible for all areas of technology including developing architectural and delivery processes that ensure quality and accuracy for Dimensional Managed DC. John joined Dimensional in 2011, with over fifteen years of experience in financial services.
Before Dimensional, John ran the technology department for Morningstar Associates. He also has worked as chief IT architect at DeAM, and as a senior consultant within the financial industry. John holds a BS in computer science and engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
